Night fishing
Trophy trout can be caught using various methods including trolling, drifting and night fishing. While all will work at times, generally more and larger fish are caught night fishing. It is not uncommon to catch Rainbow trout, Brown trout, Smallmouth bass, Spotted bass and Redeye bass. All five thrive on South Carolina's only trophy trout lake and all five hold state records.
Blue Ridge Guide Service has all the knowledge and equipment needed to land trophy fish while keeping you warm and dry. The 30' Regency pontoon can accommodate 4- 6 people and is equipped with a cabin, heat, grill, kitchen, toilet and most comforts of home. Drifting/Trolling
Drifting or trolling for trout is a great way to see some of the lake while focusing on a trophy catch. Trolling trips are tailored for single or double occupancy. All equipment is included in your guided trip.
